Screen Time access is almost always the cause. Open Settings › Screen Time › Apps with Screen Time Access and turn Fence on, then reopen the app.
Open the app and tap the removal control beside what you blocked. That starts a 24-hour wait. Nothing comes off by itself — when the wait is over, return to the app and take it off. Changing your iPhone's clock does not shorten it.
That is intended. Reinstall Fence, then remove the block from inside it.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Fence is $99.00 per year.
